TSLS is a new company created by young professionals with mixed experience in all aspects of land surveying. Our team can take care of medium-to-large sized land surveying projects. We are experienced in both traditional land surveying and heavy construction surveying. Our drafting department can handle platting and mapping for various clients with different standards and requirements.
At TSLS, we aren't forgetting about the fact that New York and Pennsylvania are states with a strong land surveying tradition and history. We are using the newest technology and equipment from Leica to follow the steps of original surveyors. To provide accurate and precise surveys, we need to understand the intentions of the original surveyors who used primitive equipment.
About the owner:
Tomasz Suwala is a Second-Generation Surveyor with over fifteen years of experience and is an expert in various surveying services. He worked as a Land Surveyor for a concrete super-structure company for six years. On his land surveying journey, Tom was a Project Manager at a large engineering and land surveying corporation with offices in multiple states along the East coast, working on large land development projects. Before he opened TSLS, Tom was the Director of Land Surveying at a Long Island based engineering and land surveying company working on MTA projects.
Tomasz received his license in New York State at the age of thirty-two and has been licensed in the state of Pennsylvania since 2024.
