Survey Field Technician I (Rod Men/Instrument Operator)

We are looking for entry level Tech I with 0-1 years of experience in field and/or office. Candidates will be responsible for day-to-day field and office operations. We offer mix of field and office work opportunity. Successful candidates should like to be outside and be resistant to weather conditions. Strong mathematical skills are required.

Education:

Position requires High School diploma with proof of high mathematical scores. Associate or Bachelor degree in Land Surveying or related fields is a plus.


Survey Field Technician II (Instrument Operator/Junior Party Chief)

We are looking for instrument operator who has 2-5 years of experience in Land Surveying. Successful candidates should know how to use robotic total station, GNSS unit, data collector and automatic level. Knowledge of Leica equipment and software is a plus. Candidates should know different types of surveys and equipment and tools needed for completing given task. Tech II will be responsible for collecting data in the field using land surveying equipment. Candidates
should be capable of making simple field notes and know how to code points for field to finish. Tech II will be responsible for uploading data after field work is done and making field to finish for drafting. This position offers advancement to Tech III (Party Chief) within 6-24 months. This position offers mix of field and office work. Candidates should be highly motivated and willing to learn, improve and advance their career.

Education:

Position requires High School diploma with proof of high mathematical scores. Associate or Bachelor degree in Land Surveying or related fields is a plus.


Survey Drafting Technician I (AutoCAD drafter)

We are looking for entry level survey drafting technician with 1-2 years of AutoCAD experience in Land Surveying or related field. No Land Surveying experience necessary.

Education:

Position requires High School diploma with proof of high mathematical scores. Associate or Bachelor degree in Land Surveying or related fields is a plus.


Survey Drafting Technician II (AutoCAD drafter)

We are looking for Drafting Technician with 2-5 years of experience in Civil 3D and Carlson. We will consider candidates with 5+ years of experience in related to Land Surveying field. Candidates will be responsible for finishing various maps once the field to finish is done. Tech II should understand Land Surveying documents such as Subdivision maps and legal descriptions to plat the information on a survey map accordingly. Candidates should know how to read field notes and how to use codes for line work, labels, and symbols. Knowledge of property line determination is not required but it is a plus.

Education:

Position requires High School diploma with proof of high mathematical scores. Associate or Bachelor degree in Land Surveying or related fields is a plus.


Office Manager

We are looking for highly motivated individual with strong communication and writing skills to perform daily office tasks. This position will require contact with clients to collect contact information for project manager and/or Land Surveyors. Candidates will be responsible for keeping office and field supplies in stock and available for office and field staff. Office manager will help with invoicing and in and out mail. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Drop Box is required. Knowledge of Quick Books us a plus.

Education:

High School diploma with prove of strong English skills is required. Associate or Bachelor in office managing or accounting or related field is a plus.
